Where is it in the states ? Could one of us go look at it for you and maybe prod the owner to pull his head out ? I can get in a trunk and retrieve keys... a long stick with a bent friggen nail can reach from the back seat. It just isn't that hard, if he REALLY wants to sell it.
Buy it without paint, you aren't going to be happy with what he does anyway.
