A buddy of mine reached out to the owner and was told there is a sale pending @ asking price, with a Tuesday pickup date. The seller also confirmed that they had the car up for sale 2 years ago for a short while, but decided not to sell it at that time.

I received an email from the seller that she's 'pretty sure' the car is sold but will let me know otherwise after Tuesday.
