I've never seen or heard that slogan used by Central Office,which was in charge of Chevrolet campaign slogans.
It might have been connected to a local Zone promotion,but the poorly done lettering is unlikely to have been done by GM Photographic,which produced the plates for Central Office. It's possible a single Dealer had some made up for his promotion only back then.
