Jack is ready to put back in it's place once I determine which lug wrench goes with it. The one I found is painted the same color gray with a "U" on it. Looked at CRG & they say black with an "O". I was thinking the "U" might be Universal Jack. Anybody know on a factory VE3 car?

More progress of the 1969 Camaro ss396. Radiator core support, a/c condenser, latch. support, horns & forward harness. Nothing tight. Have to wait for the fender to come home from striping. Should get them in a week or so. I know a restored bumper jack isn't too exciting

Joe, Do you have your original carpet? The originals that I have dealt with had no binding on the edge between the two frnot seat mounts.

No I don't have the original carpet James. This is my 2nd restoration for this car. Back in 1981/82 when I did it I was just glad that there was something to replace it with. That's an easy cure. Thank you, Joe

The blue car I cleaned up last year had its original carpets and was the same in that it had no binding between the seats. I still need to make the seat cuts in the new carpet for my yellow car. Your car is coming along nicely Joe. Been watching yours as I have stalled with parts procurement and some little things I missed.

I found a bunch of pictures of original carpets on CRG & they're all like you & James mentioned. I go looking to try to determine if it was a time period or plant veriation thing. There was another discusion about the blue door decal on CRG yesterday. My car falls about 3 days short of that sticker usage. Lots of research. I still didn't do everything correct, I'm sure....thank you, Joe

I got the fenders back yesterday (finally) & put emblems & wheels in. Now I just need one of my friends to come by so I can install them
