It's ugliness is due in part to the product mix changing. By product mix, I mean that there are many more packages being delivered now instead of letters, Hence the big box with walk-in access. I'm just glad to see the person in there! I wouldn't have been surprised to see the driver as "optional" in a move to self-driving technology. It may still be part of the long-range plan.
