John Z has mentioned 8 Cyl. Conditioning, not b&b but usually for Factory Prep cars released for use without Dealer PDI. What all does the CC DR PALMER SALYER MOTORS line read, was Palmer a GM Employee and/or is DR for Doctor also was there any date relevant events it could have been first supplied for promotional use at etc?   ~ Pete .
