Well, we can click on the "report this item" button on the listing page and report the listing is fraudulent. I just did.

I'm sure ebay wouldn't do anything about it but I did report it to Hemmings under their listing.

Yep, they should have NO doubt that it is a fake after that conversation...Verne, is there a way to send a link of that web page to Hemmings ?

I would think you could go to the Hemmings ad, click "report", then paste the link in the dialog box.

It could also be posted on that 348-409 forum, but I'm not a member of that site.
