If you are really in the market for a documented unmolested 1969 Z/28, keep your eye on the Supercars/Musclecars-For Sale Forum here. They show up on the average of about one every 4 to 6 weeks. Be prepared to act quickly as they are high quality cars (unless noted) and sell very fast.
The pricing on the car in this thread should have sent up warning flags. There is a reason for it's low price. Restored original born with drivetrain, documented cars are about $80,000+
