Thanks Yenko for the all the info so far.

The original GM package has "RADIO ROD", which is strange as normally GM would call it a antenna rod/mast.

As you can see the GM part# on the package is the 224 one which is wrong for the mast. It looks the GM package may have been from when the car was delivered new (especially with the "RADIO ROD" verbiage).

Must have been packaged wrong at GM from day one? Or maybe this mast was change out for the 224 one at new car delivery?

The GM 224 is a 1968 model year number as 1967 had a different early part#. Check 1967 Camaro AIM UPC (0) - Sheet C1.

Maybe post the info on Team's Chevelle and Camaro, if anyone is left after the big "updates", and see if someone can ID it...
