Oh, now come on Lee. You know neither of those are true! Ok, maybe that insomniac thing. Does that have beer in it?

But as of today, the trunk, jambs, and engine bay are ready for paint!
A good day of aligning body panels, followed by another day of aligning body panels, chased by another day of... you guessed it... aligning body panels. Ya know, I really liked that A12. No damn hood to align. And tweak on end of the hood a certain way and the door on my Ram 2500 doesn't shut right! Seriously?
But no matter, after several hours of struggling I think it's looking pretty good. And now that I'm devoid of fingerprints due to hand sanding the trunk, jambs and engine bay, time to give the paws a rest and break out the long boards for a block-fest to end all block fests!
Not entirely happy with the rear valance alignment so I'll be slicing that up a bit to make fit better. I used Slicksand on the trunk floor and interior to fill in the small voids. It did wonders for filling in the pitting in the trunk. Also blasted the bumper brackets.
A productive week with more to come next week. You won't want to miss those episodes!
Cheers

Dave
