My heavy street 66 Chevy II had turbo mufflers on it when I owned it in the late 80's and DMV flagged me for over 102 DB...but, I see all kinds of customs and pro built, and quite loud cars around so who the heck really knows. I've heard here when it comes to inspections it's who you know. My car is tagged ANTIQUE since I don't seem to have the luck some have with noise, I don't have to officially take it in for inspection after it was initially checked for the antique staus.
