Never really understood why highly desirable cars like these are occasionally sold in pairs. Can't recall ever seeing an instance where the price for the pair exceeded the price for selling individually. I get its a way to hype the auction, but seems the seller suffers ultimately.

----Dick Whittington restored this white L88 a long time back. Then I brokered the sale for Dick to a friend in Massachusetts who kept it for quite a while. By the time he sold it I had moved to Michigan and didn't stay in touch. I was able to work a 427/425 66 Corvette coupe of mine into the deal as well...….Bill S
