Thanks Rich. I have all the hardware fasteners already and I'm only changing the upper bracket because the previous owner had it powder coated. I have a top bracket and lower pulley coming now within Canada.

Still looking for a 3932456DV Water Pump Pulley. That is all. Thank you.
