German Barn Find 67 Camaro SS
Howdy. Thought u guys might like to see this. Last Saturday I dug out a real old european racecar. Touring Sport. RS/SS 350 4 Speed. Original was Granada Gold with black vinyl and black and white interiour. Engine is matching. Cheers. This was just a few miles noth east of Munich, and yes we're drinking american beer! been asking and phoning for 10 years for this car, when I first found it.
Go to the lower link, ther's the pics. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/z93d6qh0a...Xo9UcvFEa?dl=0 More to come later. 1970: 2019: |

Wow! That is pretty cool. Will you be restoring it back to its racing days heritage? Very cool find. Congratulations!

What an awesome find. The property where you found it looks pretty amazing too. I'd love to see you put it back to the 1970 pic version. It looks like it went through a couple of styling changes since then. Great project. Good luck! I'll be following...

Thanks for the nice words ya'll.
Yes! Was that car adventure of the year! Nothing beats finding some old rusty stuff! Most of u will agree I'm still searching for more old information about it's racing days. I want to preserve it, an it's history.... The Camaro was sitting there for 30+ years by the way. And was last registered 1977! 50k miles on it. Last edited by WILDCAT_65; 11-20-2019 at 05:59 PM. |
