ZL1 Whereabouts

From what I know and understand the car was stored at a friends bodyshop and was flat black during the 1980s. We’ve been looking for the car for about 2-3 years

The bottom car says Strip Blazer Jr., but has the Jr up higher and something under it. To?

Same story I heard years ago. My old car #34 was the same way when found.

Legend has it there was a disagreement between Durham and Lustine and the car was repossessed. Original 1969 photos show Lustine sponsorship; gone in later photos.

Also vintage pics of ZL1 #4 show it ran in NHRA SS/BA. This car is in SS/E. Any NHRA historians care to comment?

I just came across this thread so I don't know if anyone will see this but the SS/E in this case meant Super Stock Experimental. It was in another sanctioning body and was a predecessor to Pro Stock. That is why the car has a hood scoop.
