Awesome guy. Met him a few times. Ran into him after a concert with my son who was about 7 or 8. He loved my sons long hair, told never to cut it, and invited us back to his room and signed a picture for my son. He is a musician today!

Awwww man!! That's some sad news. 70 years old is too young. I ran into him one time too. I was working at a rehearsal studio in N. Hollywood and he was there rehearsing. Seemed like a real nice guy. Thanks for the songs Eddie! RIP
