I have an identical set and they will not clear the calipers on my 68 Z without a spacer. That said, it would not require a lot of machining to clear them, but I wasn't too excited to try. The clearance issue is actually on the flat hub surface that interfaces with the rotor, not with the inside surface of the spokes.
