Ha! Steve... you may be onto something there. I'm not sure what Grimace was...or is
 ... but he's purple so that makes him halfway cool! Nope. No mullet required. Those are for die-hard only Mopar guys. If you're interested in other makes/models or have ever owned another car other than a Mopar (like me and you), then no mullet required.  And if required.... that tag should have been coded for it. I think it would be MRD after EN1. It stands for "Mullet Required, Doofus!"  Cheers  Dave
