It is missing the Z21 trim package that was a part off the RS package. This car is missing the bright trim along their top of the doors and along the back of the hood. Hard to tell for sure, but I tend to agree because it's also missing the hide-a-way wipers. RS conversions were and continue to be popular, but most do not follow through on the details.
