I don't have a '69 assembly manual... From looking at the '68 manual, it shows that all 350 engines went over the inner fender, with the battery cable tube oriented differently depending on trans type. For 400 engines, the auto trans went over inner fender, but manual trans went over engine/valve cover.
I attached pictures of each. What do the '69 PIM pages say? Did Olds make a change for '69?
