----The PHS lists it as a 4-speed. He says it was a 350 2-barrel new. Confusing as the PHS also says 400! Why would he change to auto?......Bill S

The ad description from the original post says: 1969 Pontiac Firebird. Real 400, 4 speed car. New power convertible top. M20, 4 speed. 355 safey track, engine is period 400, 4 bl. 48 heads. Rust free car in Minnesota now, but car spent previous life in California. Never rusty. We used the car as a summer driver. Runs and drives great. Feel free to call with questions.
