Default Bell housing

This is on a 69 Z28. Never saw one look like this. What is it?

BFT. Center hole is the wrong size to locate the bearing retainer, unless a spacer was used to take up the slack.

Yeah, truck bell housing. You need to replace it with a car bell housing before the transmission gets damaged. The correct 403 bellhousing is not hard to find, but it takes the smaller clutch and 153 tooth fly wheel.
