Assuming car had front end collision damage with misc non 70' replacement parts....hard to understand why interior is cobbled together with wrong year parts also......
Obviously it's a buyer's call at how he values this "driver" 70-Z28.... Depending upon the cost of new paint and whatever else you change or improve....you know have a $$$$ ????? driver that's worth how much to the next guy.
