You might contact Markyodb2. He has a set of the teardrop type of 69 Camaro/Nova leaf springs, but I'm not sure if they are 4 or 5 leaf. Wouldn't hurt to check and see if they're what you need and if he's willing to part with them.

Thanks guys. I ended up buying a correct new set from D&R for my Z28. They are nice and correct but expensive.
