My friend Gary McKay trailered his Raven Black 69 Boss 429 down to display there. It's a former Goodguys Musclecar of the year. It's an awesome restoration, but if you're there, check out the interior. It's all original to that car - carpets too! It's the newest 69 Interior I've ever seen. I know it's original because I appraised the car before he bought it years ago. (And yes it did need to be restored but only due to poor paint repair on one fender and some unfortunate 80s underhood personalization).

That's the one. It looks like a big mix of muscle cars there-more than I thought.

Sorry I was unable to really go back in the Building 9 after Thursday night. My friend had the '67 Olds 442 in Saffron Yellow. I was wondering who was the owner of the '68 Yenko and '69 Rally Sport.....

Rusted Tires was a busy booth this last weekend!!

I'm pretty sure that the '68 Yenko and '69 RS are owned by Phil Mitchell up here in Puyallup, WA. He owns Sunset Chevrolet and some other dealerships and has been steadily accumulating a quality muscle car collection over the last couple years after collecting more casually and building some restomods.

Yes those are Phil's cars that he got from me and had Level One Restorations restore. The COPO is the barn find car I got out of Texas and the Yenko is the one found in a garage in England. Both have been at MCACN.

I wondered where both of those went...
