Yes,it should bolt right in for you,no problem. But be advised a '67 Chevelle rearend is just about 5/8 inch narrower on each side than the 68-72 rears...so you'll have more room for a fatter tire on the outside part of the rim then.

Here's some technical stuff that I gathered before doing a swap on 1 years ago, that may or may not help you:
*1964-67 chevelle rear end housings measured 56.5 inches from flange to flange, and 60.5 inches total length with the drums in place.

*1968-72 chevelle rear end housings measured 58.5 inches from flange to flange, and 62.5 inches total length with the drums in place.

*Rear spring mounting pads on the 64-67 rear ends used a flat pad with a hole drilled in the center, the 68-72 rear ends have a circular spring mounting pad, that are 3/4 of an inch higher that the flat pads.

*1967 was a transition year in which the A-body cars might have a 64-66 style rear end, a 68-72 style rear end, or a "hybrid" rear end that will have the 58.5 inch width, but will have the early spring mounting pad and trailing arm brackets.

*Rear upper control bushing eyes differ, and the position of the bushing eyes will differ. 68-72 rear end housings will have a 3/8 inch forward positioning, which is farther than the 65-67 rear ends.

*1965-67 upper trailing arms are 1 inch shorter and will not fit into 68-72 A-body cars, 68-72 A-body cars have longer upper arms and when switching upper arms the pinion nose angle will be affected.
