Post Carpet...

Biggest thing with carpet install is to make sure the material is warm and flexible...if it was summer time I would suggest laying it out on a hot driveway first. But, since we are in the winter mode, a warm shop and a heat gun [hair dryer style] can help do the job. I see no need to remove the backing..
