I picked up these M/T aluminum VCs at a garage sale 10 or so years ago for $15 (with a pair of aluminum SB VCs thrown in for good measure). I restored them recently....

Ha Eddie, that brings back memories of the Roof Deuce of course. Paul & Linda Roof HAD to have a velvet Hurst shift handle because of the cold western PA winters, but down here in balmy southwestern OH those fuzzy handles are just not necessary. BTW, I bought that NOS fuzzy handle from a great American living in, of all states, Alaska!
