That BJ auction car was a four-speed. They go for a premium over the automatics - maybe 25% more?
The paragraph on the left hand margin of the window sticker is what the standard equipment is for a Trans Am. The Super Duty engine option supercedes that equipment with a variety of additional components (like the gear ratio change for A/C cars) which are not listed on the main portion of the sticker because they were not extra cost items.
