Can you tell us the sorry on the car? Based on the picture of the gauge cluster still in the dash it looks like the car was parted out recently. What happened?

CE motor and a body that needed good bit of metal work. Where do you go from there? Would need total restoration. Stored poorly since early 80s. Components and interior are all good. Rallye green, black vinyl top, deluxe gut, console, gauges, disc brakes, M22, 4.10.
