There are no commercial ads allowed except by site sponsors. All for sale or trade ads need to have a price. No listing for offers only, but you can list something with a price. I will vouch for how well these things work.....I have had my 6" for about 20 years now and it works wonders on dull or neglected paint, along with their various types of pads and compounds.
