I spent a lot of time with Pete and his crew
as he built my Highboy, we were talking last fall about
having a gasser built for me, just never got that far.
He will be missed greatly by myself and my friends.

I don't know Charley, I had taken it out to Calif. to sell,
and that pic is in the NHRA Museum in the small replica garage
they had set up. You can see the "For Sale" sign (left frt. tire)
Pete also arranged to get in the Peterson Museum for a while, as SoCal
had a store in the museum.
