Yep, doing some shake down. First time out after two years of building my Camaro. I ran GT/AA and BA with the car. A few more old time shots me and my rides. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I grew up in Southfield MI. If your talking about the Trans am race car. I built a 502 BBC with OEM aluminum heads. It ran 9.30s. The Super Stock Camaro was a 8to1 compression 454 with 049 heads and a Q jet. turbo 400 and 5.38 9" ford. She ran 9.80s

First picture, if you look at the car behind, you will see a '57 Pontiac Bonneville, one of the 630 made that year. This picture is from around 1960 or 61, the Bonneville having been purchased by a very smitten young family man in September of 1959 after it was traded back in to Osborne McCann Pontiac-Cadillac by the original owner. Original $5700 list price had become a more manageable $2922 in late '59 and young Keith had to have it.
He and his lovely wife and family used it as their family car through the sixties then kept it safe. Second pic is October of this year when I met the car-still in original paint about 10 miles from where it was sold, still owned by Keith and his wife. Until yesterday, that is-but that's a story for the Pontiac section someday ![]() |

Yes and no. I traded money for a small late 50s Washington title (its still wearing same 57 license plate!) on behalf of a collector in the Midwest that I bird dog for. Kinda like you and the Brothers Collection

That Pontiac is great just like the one I took down to Reed man when I came home from Vietnam May 1970. My sister had it in the garage with 25,000 miles on it looked like it came from showroom sold it for 750 dollars wish I knew what it would of been worth.
