All,

The picture of the car was taken at Youngstown, Ohio Drag City, affectionately referred to as Meander, since it was near Meander lake, which was just west of Youngstown, Ohio. I believe this was taken around 1972, but I could be off a little bit, my memory is not as good as it used to be.
