Just picked up a 69' M20 dirt cheap, going to use that instead. It was rebuilt about 5K miles ago. Guy pulled it to swap in an overdrive. I took the side cover off, looks brand new inside. Score.

</div></div>Looks real familiar. I did the same thing with a 72 402. It has 1969 148 heads. I bagged my born with motor and put it away. I did a few things that are a little more modern like the wire stands for header reasons. Here's some pics:
