Don't see that number listed anywhere in 1997 catalog...#2129 is the closest. Vega/Monza
Dave 67 Nova Boy ...Looked farther back to 1975 and found this. Not sure if a side mount header but 65-70 Passenger/Wagons

Dave -- your catalog indicates "chassis" ... believe that shows header has undercar exit and not a side mount. As indicated in the Vette' section -- "side" exit. TAZ
