Penn Dot, Do they know what they are doing

PA has one of the worst state governments in any state I've lived. There is more nepotism and useless bureaucracy at the state level than you can imagine. I moved from PA 18 years ago, and they are STILL working on Rt. 70 in the same places with the same barrels as when I left. And one of my favorite things is the 5 miles of barrels the put on the road before the actual road work starts. Sorry for the rant, but Penn Dot is just the worst.

Sure hope you get your title issues straightened out. You might want to get it titled in another state where you have a relative where they have reasonable rules an then get it transferred back in PA. Best of luck.
