I will park in the Blue Corvette parking only spot:-) Not an imminent concern, the bare frame is not very internationally mobile right now:-)

Spent some time tonight, lock froze on the garage:-(

Took the bumpers/stops off the front lower control arms, cut the remains of the sway bar end links off, and used a flapper wheel to clean one spot on the frame to see how bad the pitting is. I used a flapper, and then a tiny bit of grinding but with a dull wheel, then the flapper again, then cleaned it with frozen brake cleaner, and painted it with frozen flat black Tremclad. not sure if the pictures are helpful but I will get some good wheels and do another test patch soon.

I need to figure out how to remove control arm bushings:-)

I wouldnt do such a thing but when I get another chevelle I will be there!
