Hi all,
We have put the finishing touches on the menu for the meet n greet Thursday night. Dinner will be available from 6-9 PM We will have: Brisket - slices and burnt ends Chicken Thighs Bacon and caramelized onion Mac N Cheese Cranberry/BBQ Baked Beans Smokey blueberry bread pudding ( this will go fast) The meat will be prepared the same way we prepare for our competitions. Should be awesome! Thanks to Tom, Jamie, and Doug for the opportunity. Looking forward to an awesome weekend!
