I Emailed Jeff L, he doesn't have a Berger emblem, said they cost a bit for good ones:-(

I found a previous owner name from about 1983.
Anybody in the Holland, MI area that knows or knew a Russ Jacobs? Apparently he was a bodyman, and also restored old gas pumps at that time. Here's the used "By Berger" emblem I found with help from another member here.
