The 1962 Chevrolet Impala SS 409. Did it in 4.0 seconds

I have seen this in print before, but am not buying it. Full race trim w/some big slicks, maybe.
But it says "production car". I don't know that there is a car made today that could do it on the tires the 62 Chevy came with.
