As a heads-up, I want to let everyone know we are approaching <span style="font-style: italic">sold out </span>status at the DoubleTree, but there are a few more rooms remaining as of this week.

We have availability at our other four Official Host Hotels, so don't hesitate...get those rooms booked now!
