The carb is a 80496. It has a lot better throttle response than the 850 did plus, like I said, it runs better at the track.
This intake question is like asking which shifter is better, HurstRam Rod or Mr. Gasket V-Gate? lol I'm thinking of pulling the motor this winter and making some small changes then put it on the dyno. I think that would be the best time to see which intake works best. Otherwise the track. Another thing I think about is how will the 163 intake work at 7000 rpms?
