Yes it's upside down and inside out in those pics.
They ship them turned inside out,but they're meant to be turned around before being installed.
Look here to compare yours to an assembly line original.Specifically the air horn notch & vent tube design,among other things.

Does your rubber seal have black tape on the inside & the outside?
