Back in the day in Div 4, Carroll Caudle out of Amarillo kind of ruled the roost. He ran a 55' Chev at that time in various _/MP clases. Notice I did not include A, B, C, etc. because he tended to run in most of them depending on the size of SBC. He was awesome to watch ... TAZ

Carroll Caudle was a killer in those lower MP ranks. I believe he won the 1970 Winternationals. Had many a fine race car. Even think he dabb;led in Pro Stock in the early days.
Lee Shepherd David Nickens Pete Smith Shioleno and Coleman Raymond Martin and a bunch of other DIV-4 cars were real tough to beat back then. |
