No,not @ all from the factory.The dealer could put them on OTC afterwards for an extra cost though.
Just Chevelle/Elcamino got those Magnum 500 "SS" wheels included with the Super Sport pkg. during 1970.And Novas had them possible as an extra cost option if you paid for the Super Sport pkg. first.
