Harbor Chevrolet Long Beach license frames

I have a mixed pair, condition as shown

One says it is a "No. 9" and the other is a "No. 4"

Not sure if one is older than the other or not, the differences are obvious

Correct original vintage parts

$80 for the pair ppd to a US address
