Not Rare at all. Very Common 80's style GM Performance catalog item.
Available at any GM or Chevy Store through the 90's /early 2000's.

You'll see a lot of these at Swap Meets. save your re-chromeing $$$.

'89 Mustang GT- 3.55, subframe connectors, muffler delete, and a couple other minor mods. Exactly as he wanted it, so how it shall stay
