My brother-in-law had an article about a plum 1967 SS427 pinned up in his garage that really got my attention back in the day, but I think that was early 80's? I recall the article saying that besides all the performance attributes the SS427 has... sometimes you like to just sit and listen to it idle. Wow, how true!
