Respectfully do not completely agree...

1) K = Kelsey Hayes
2) 1 = Michigan Plant
3) xx = Year of manufacturing
4) xx = Month
5) xx = Day

We would need to see the 9 or 0 in the year slot for 1969 or 1970 respectfully.
